Is This ADHD? 28-Page Workbook
NEW! 28 pages of checklists and reflection opportunities covering all of the criteria for ADHD from the DSM. Perfect for self-exploration, to decide if you would like to pursue an official assessment, or to prepare for an upcoming assessment.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I’ve created this tool to help adults and young adults to better understand their “wiring” as it pertains to Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or to support one’s preparation for an upcoming assessment.
Exploring ADHD identification, especially as an adult, is a personal, individualized process and this tool is meant to provide you with data to promote self-reflection and/or to bring with you to discuss with your therapist, coach, or assessor.
The examples in this tool have been inspired by research supported tools as well as anecdotal data I’ve gathered in my clinical work with ADHDer clients.
It’s important to mention that I see ADHD and other forms of Neurocomplexity through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. In other words, I see ADHD as a neurotype that is just as valuable as more typical wiring and deserves to be understood and supported.
My hope is that through the time you spend with this tool, you will move forward with more clarity in, and compassion for, your unique needs and preferences. You deserve a life that is (finally!) built around your distinct nervous system.
